How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, simply contact us via email, WhatsApp, or call with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange an item within 15 days of receiving it if:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide proof of purchase.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Processing Time & Refund Method

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Depending on the issue, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement of the same item.
  • Store credit for future purchases.
  • A refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

Exchange Process
