If you need to cancel your order, just let us know within 12 hours of receiving your order confirmation email through Email, WhatsApp, or Call Support. We’ll process your cancellation with no extra charges.
If you cancel after 12 hours, we’ll need to deduct 30% of the amount you paid to cover processing costs. For cancellations after 24 hours, a 50% deduction will apply. Unfortunately, after five days, we won’t be able to cancel your order.
Already shipped? No worries! While we can’t cancel shipped orders, you can still return your item with our 30-day easy return policy—just send it back to our warehouse for a full refund.
