Modest Fashion Week Returns for Its Landmark 10th Edition – This Time in Abu Dhabi

The countdown has begun for one of the most anticipated events in the global fashion calendar—the 10th edition of Modest Fashion Week (ADMFW), set to take place from April 14–16, 2025, at the St. Regis Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

This milestone event marks a decade of the Modest Fashion Weeks series, which has previously taken center stage in cities like Istanbul, Dubai, London, and Jakarta.

Now, for the first time, it’s heading to the UAE capital, promising a thoughtfully curated showcase of modest fashion from around the world.

Organized by Think Fashion in partnership with Red Events, and supported by Miral Destinations, ADMFW 2025 is more than a fashion event—it’s a space for creativity, inclusivity, and industry growth.

This year’s edition will host 30+ designers from over 15 countries, showcasing a wide range of looks from contemporary and cultural attire to bridal couture and modest swimwear. Each collection is expected to reflect both personal and cultural identities while embracing global fashion trends.

Designers from countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Nigeria, the Netherlands, Italy, Australia, and Palestine are on the lineup, bringing with them a diverse interpretation of modesty in design.

Attendees can look forward to new collections by brands such as Marina (Turkey), which is launching a sustainable swimwear line in collaboration with model Halima Aden, and Leem (Saudi Arabia), presenting a collection that merges heritage with modern silhouettes.

Not Just a Runway – A Platform for Global Dialogue

ADMFW has consistently positioned itself as a cultural movement, and the 2025 edition continues that legacy. Alongside fashion shows, the event will feature Fashion Talks, panel discussions, and networking sessions focused on important themes such as sustainability, women’s empowerment, and the cultural evolution of modest fashion.

These sessions are designed not just to inform but also to connect designers, retailers, media professionals, and fashion enthusiasts in meaningful dialogue.

A Strategic Location with Global Appeal

Choosing Saadiyat Island as the host venue is no coincidence. Known for its artistic and cultural vibrancy, the island is home to landmarks like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, luxury resorts, and pristine beaches, making it a fitting backdrop for a fashion event that celebrates elegance, identity, and innovation.

“Hosting the 10th edition of Modest Fashion Week here is a significant milestone,” said Liam Findlay, CEO of Miral Destinations. “It’s an opportunity to showcase not only the creative potential of modest fashion but also Abu Dhabi’s unique appeal as a cultural and luxury destination.”

With over 1,500 attendees expected, and 100+ global influencers—including familiar names like Halima Aden, Mariah Idrissi, Rawdah Mohamed, and Svitlana Kashcheieva—ADMFW is not just a visual showcase but a moment of industry impact.

The event’s media reach is projected to exceed 100 million, reinforcing its role in spotlighting modest fashion as a fast-growing, globally relevant sector.

Looking Ahead

As the modest fashion movement celebrates ten years of global editions, Abu Dhabi’s edition represents more than just a continuation—it’s a step forward. The event reflects how modest fashion has matured over the past decade, evolving into a multifaceted industry that blends business, creativity, and cultural expression.
